Every client receives access to all services, creating a true foundation for growth.

  • Business Expansion Package: A two-week service that builds on the Marketing Foundation. The first week focuses on establishing marketing essentials, while the second week dives deeper into business operations. We identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and lay out strategies for profitability. This package is ideal for businesses ready to take their operations to the next level.

  • Consulting & Transformation: A longer-term option, typically one month or more, where KVM works closely with business owners to restructure how their business operates. The goal is to create meaningful, lasting improvements in profitability and scalability.

  • Ongoing Subscription Services: For clients who want long-term support, KVM offers monthly management packages. These services cover social media, digital advertising, marketing campaigns, sales channel management, and even aspects of operations support. Many businesses start with the Marketing Foundation and choose to continue with KVM for ongoing growth.

More importantly, Luke brings the perspective of someone who grew up during a time of rapid technological change. Our Vision

KVM’s immediate goal is simple: to help small businesses thrive by giving them the tools, strategies, and confidence to succeed. Our first milestone is reaching $10,000 in revenue while helping local businesses establish their marketing presence. From there, the vision grows — 100 clients in the first year, expanding the team, and continuing to bring good into the world through professional, effective, and approachable marketing services.
